Description: The EXHEAT® ‘FP-HEOL’ range of flameproof line heaters is suitable for heating all process fluids which are non-corrosive to the materials of construction. They provide a safe, low density, electrical heating method, for viscous liquid flow applications. A robust Ex'd' terminal enclosure protects the electrical connections. The elements can be withdrawn for inspection without system drain down.

  • Certified to meet ATEX Directive 94/9/EC.
  • Removable ceramic core elements - can be replaced without draining.
  • Thermal insulation and cladding.
  • Flameproof and Weatherproof terminal enclosure with protection to IP65.
  • Working pressure up to 73 psi g (5 bar.g).
  • Working temperature up to 150°C.
  • Internal control thermostats and over- temperature thermostat.
  • Alternative materials of construction available.
  • Kilowatt rating can be unlimited within the design parameters and ATEX approval.
