Petrotech India 2009

EXHEAT have, for the first time, successfully participated in the Petrotech Exhibition held at Pragati Maidan, New Delh, India, from January 11-15, 2009. Having secured some large orders for process heaters and control panels in the past year, India is an important market for EXHEAT. The exhibition provided a perfect platform to meet up with existing and potential new customers including Reliance, CPCL, Vedanta, Chemplast, Indian Oil Corporation, HPCL, ONGC, EIL, GAIL and BPCL. At display were a process heaters, a fuel gas heater, hazardous area immersion heaters, flameproof instrument enclosures, ATEX Certified Flameproof Thermostats, hazardous area air warmers, Enclosure Heater For Hazardous Areas and thermostats.

EXHEAT was the only electrical heating systems solution provider - local or foreign - in this exhibition and generated a fair amount of interest amongst visitors to our booth. To many of our visitors, electrical heating was something they were not used to. While power consumption for electrical heaters was a concern for many, further explanation on overall life cycle cost for electrical heater when explained with advantages like footprint, low maintenance, no downtime, effective control and low turndown ratio did convince most.
