‘HH’ Silicone/Glass fabric Jacket Side Drum Heater

Description: The EXHEAT® 'HH' range of side drum heaters is based on the 'HISD' design
but has a faster heating rate and higher operating temperature, (up to
200°C). Four standard sizes are available – 25L, 50L, 105L and, most
popular, the 200L. All four sizes of drum heater have their own internal
insulation to aid thermal efficiency. 'HH' side drum heaters are specifically
designed for melting, or reducing the viscosity of products that require
higher temperatures than can be achieved with the 'HH' type.

Typical Application
- Melting of low melting point solids such as paraffin, resins, chocolate, soaps and fats.
- Increase flow of thick viscous liquids such as syrup, honey, paint, varnishes and oil based products.
As with the nylon heater jackets, the 'HH' range is fully earthed and constructed to Class I electrical insulation. They come with 3 metres of braided power cable and are available for 110v or 230v supply.
