EXHEAT Group Ltd Has Acquired Roomfoss Control Systems Ltd

 

EXHEAT Group Ltd would like to announce that it has acquired 100% of Roomfoss Control Systems Ltd share capital, specialists in the design and manufacture of control systems from standalone distribution panels to intelligent Motor Control Centres.

EXHEAT and Roomfoss are an excellent strategic fit, the acquisition brings a wealth of experience in new markets for the EXHEAT control panel division.
