Ex GOST R(ГОСТ)/CTR/RTN Type Certification

EXHEAT is pleased to announce the recent addition of Ex GOST R, CTR and RTN type approval, required to import and operate our equipment in Russia.

With increasing priority being put towards safety within the industry, EXHEAT is committed to continual improvement and supply of high quality engineered heating solutions. EXHEAT systems can now be engineered under our new type approval to meet GOST requirements. The models covered are Ex 'd', Ex 'e' and non-hazardous area type electric heaters with optional pressure vessel, along with their associated control system (both thyristor and contactor type) located in Safe or Hazardous Areas.

EXHEAT GOST R(ГОСТ)

Ex GOST R(ГОСТ):
This certificate verifies that the goods listed in the certificate conform to GOST's requirements. It covers mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment.

EXHEAT RTN

RTN:
This is a document issued by RTN - RosTechNadzor, stating that the equipment listed in the Permit meets appropriate Russian industrial safety requirements. The list of equipment subject to RTN Permit includes items in high pressure/high temperature service and/or items handling hazardous/toxic liquids and gases, such as pressure vessels, pumps, valves, compressors, turbines, burners, furnaces, process packages; lifting equipment; automation and control systems for potentially hazardous processes, etc. In addition, the RTN Permit is required for all electrical items intended for operation in a potentially flammable or explosive atmosphere.

EXHEAT CTR

Certificate of Conformity to Technical Regulations (CTR):
The GOST R Certification system is currently being revised, introducing a new system of CTR. Technical Regulations (TR) will replace many of the GOST Standards and all goods covered by TR will be issued CTR Certificates instead of GOST R Certificates.
