EXHEAT have been successful in winning contracts from Eastern Europe and India for the supply of Ex‘e’ hazardous area heaters to IECEX for both UOP and Axens processes. EXHEAT are recognised as the worlds leading supplier of electric process heaters and associated control systems by UOP and Axens, and we continue to work closely with both process licensors.

When working with such licensed processes it is extremely important to take all of the process information and simulate the electric heater design within HTFS TASC to ensure correct operation of the heater, through vibration analysis, pressure drop calculation, and material temperatures, and in doing this EXHEAT guarantee the heaters operation.
